Below are several payment options. Please remember that we do not send out regular monthly statements and that your rent is due when stated on your rental lease.
- ONLINE PAYMENTS
- This option allows you to pay your rent online securely through Paypal.
- You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, bank account or your Paypal account.
- You must know the amount you wish to pay prior to clicking the button below.
- Please put the name (on the account) and/or the storage unit number in the comments.
- Remember that a 4% (of the payment) administrative fee will be billed to the storage account once the transaction is credited.
- Do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any problems with this system.
- OTHER OPTIONS - ONE TIME PAYMENTS
Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or by mail.
- Cash, checks and money orders are accepted in person. Checks and money orders can also be mailed but are subject to a $30 fee if returned.
- Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted in person and over the phone. All credit/debit transactions are subject to a 4% administrative fee.
- OTHER OPTIONS - AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
As a convenience, automatic payments are available for long-term accounts.
- For all military tenants, especially those who are PCSing or deploying, we prefer DFAS allotments. Information will be provided when your initial lease is signed; for current customers wishing to set up an allotment or get more information, please click here
- You can also set up web bill payments or payments where we automatically are issued a check each month. Contact your financial institution to find out more.
